Antelope Boy Meets Bone Marrow Donor Who Saved His Life
(CBS13) – A 10-year-old Antelope boy meets the man who saved his life.
After years of communicating through letters, Facebook and on the phone, 10-year-old Dominique Nelson got to meet the donor who saved his life.
Dominic was fighting leukemia when a complete stranger donated bone marrow to save his life.
Kevin Brewster of Bakersfield is a CalFire student who says he giving back is in his blood.
Dominique already had his transplant surgery and doctors say it was a success.
So far, his health is very good.
