2 Grass Fires Erupt Near Woodland
WOODLAND (CBS13) - Two grass fires that erupted overnight near Woodland have now been contained.
Fire crews were called just before 3:30 Thursday morning for reports of two fires burning north of Interstate 5 on County Road 102 near Highway 16.
Fire fighters were able to quickly douse the flames limiting the damage to three acres. No buildings were threatened and no injuries were reported.
The cause is being investigated.
