1 Person Dead, 2 Others Injured During Street Racing Crash In Stockton
STOCKTON (CBS13) - One man was killed and two other people were critically injured during a drag racing crash early Monday morning.
The cars crashed just after 1 a.m. along Marantha Drive near Bryant Drive. They were speeding -- apparently racing each other -- when things got out of control, according to a Stockton Police Department statement.
Police say preliminary evidence points to alcohol being a factor.
All of the victims are men in their early twenties.
