Wharton Twp. Crash Injures Teens
WHARTON TWP. (KDKA) - A carload of teenagers crashed into a tree late Saturday night on Hardy Blvd. at Nemacolin Woodlands.
According to police, three of the teenagers were air-lifted to Ruby Memorial Hospital and two remain in critical condition.
One of the passengers was taken to Uniontown Hospital via Ambulance and treated for minor injury. The driver also sustained minor injury.
The teenagers ranged in ages from 15 through 17.
Police are investigating what role alcohol may have played in the accident.
