Traffic Circle Pilot Program Starts In East End

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Drivers in the East End are starting to see the start of the traffic circle pilot program.

Pittsburgh's first "neighborhood traffic circles" have opened on North Euclid Avenue.

This is all part of a month-long program by the city, in an effort to slow down traffic.

They will be at four intersections in the city.

If they are deemed to be successful, the city will install permanent traffic circles on North Euclid in the fall.
