Antin, who admitted on "The Early Show" that she's over 40, told Smith that with her workout she maintains her shape. She says she has the same body of her younger back-up dancers.
Antin said, "Do this everyday and you'll have the body you want forever."

Robin Antin says her workout is a sexy dance and exercise routine. Antin added that she wears heels when she exercises, saying that she feels sexier and gets better muscle tone. However, if you have any health issues, she said it might be best if you forgo the heeled look.
