The 25-year-old "Dreamgirls" star and girlfriend of Jay-Z tops the Web site's list of the "most alluring" female celebrities, as determined by its readers and staff.

Scarlett Johansson

Actress Scarlett Johansson, photographed for Disney as "Cinderella," followed Beyonce on AskMen.com's Top 99 Most Desirable Women of 2007. Voters were asked to consider qualities beyond sex appeal and beauty, such as "intelligence, humor, charisma and ambition," according to the site.

Jessica Alba

The Web site's readers were asked to consider qualities beyond sex appeal and beauty, such as "intelligence, humor, charisma and ambition," in choosing their "most alluring" female celebrities.
