Atira Hill-Smith, 30, Jaidon Hill, 7, and Laterry Smith, 34, went missing over the weekend of Nov. 1, 2013. Their burned out, overturned vehicle was found on Nov. 2, and their bodies were found on November 5 at an abandoned home not far from where authorities recovered the car.
42-year-old Timothy Burns reportedly led authorities to where the bodies were found. He has been charged with arson and police say more charges are likely.

Timothy Burns, 42, has been charged with arson after police found the burned vehicle the family was driving before going missing. Authorities say Timothy led them to where the bodies of the victims were found. More charges against him are likely, according to police.
