Live 8: Tuning Up
A series of Live 8 concerts are being held around the world July 2 to raise awareness about poverty in Africa and to press leaders of the rich G8 countries to relieve their debts. The free concerts are being staged by Sir Bob Geldof, who helped organize the 1985 Live Aid charity concerts which raised $70 million for famine relief.
