Capt. Ted R. Williams, executive officer of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility, is the first Nimitz-class aircraft carrier to dock at the newly-completed Khalifa bin Salman Port.
