Celebrity photography duo and former stars of the Bravo series "Double Exposure," Markus Klinko and Indrani Pal-Chaudhuri, have released a collection of their photographs, which captures stars from Beyonce to David Bowie, in a new book titled "Icons."
Markus and Indrani shot actress Annalynne Mccord for Cosmopolitan magazine. This photo ran in the magazine in color, but they prefer it in black and white. "We thought Annalynne had an all-American look, so our concept was a tongue-in-cheek reference to American icons," said Markus.
Segments of their photo shoot with model and actress Brooklyn Decker were seen on thier show "Double Exposure." The photographers altered the image in post-production to made a composite of Brooklyn's best pictures.
Beyonce is seen on the cover of her 2003 album "Dangerously in Love."
"Among Beyonce's wardrobe options was a bejeweled top that seemed challenging because the rocks weren't as sparkly as her personality, but we convinced the team that it could be enhanced with lighting and post production," said Indrani.
Lindsay Lohan is seen in the photo from her 2005 album cover for "A Little More Personal (Raw)." Lohan wanted the photographers to incorporate the Chinese character for "raw" so they projected the symbol on her back for the actual album cover.
