Fastest smartphones for browsing the web
Technology performance company Compuware studied the load times of
several smartphones to see which one had the faster web browser load
time. Over 200 million mobile measurements were taken in July of 2011.
Using available wireless carriers across the U.S. and Wi-Fi connections rather than a controlled laboratory, the results reflect real-world situations. Thus the ranking doesn't necessarily apply to each smartphone's potential performance. They chose a few of the most popular phones and loaded over 1 million page views each.
