The AP reports a Los Angeles judge finalized Charlie Sheen's divorce from Brooke Mueller Sheen on Feb. 10, 2011. They'll be legally single on May 2.Because of a prenuptial agreement, Sheen has to pay Mueller Sheen more than $750,000. And, an agreement filed with the court says he has to pay $55,000 a month in child support for their twins.

Gabrielle Giffords has recovered to the point where family, friends and doctors are seriously entertaining the hope that she will be able to attend her husband's space shuttle launch in April.
Mark Kelly will be commanding space shuttle Endeavor's mission, set to blast off April 19. According to one of the doctors who saved her life in Tucson, there's "no reason not to" believe she can continue her remarkable recovery and witness that moment.

Spanish police said Tuesday the body of a 22-year-old San Diego State University exchange student missing since late last month had been found in a river in Madrid. A National Police official said the cause of death was not known but there were no signs of foul play.Bice's father appeared on "The Early Show" before his son'd body was found. Asked about the reports that his son may have been intoxicated before disappearing, Larry Bice told co-anchor Chris Wragge he hadn't sought to interrogate Austin's friends.
"My point is to find Austin. ... We're not really concerned about that. We're concerned about finding him."
