Train Derails in Italy

A freight train derailed just before midnight on Monday, setting off an explosion and fire that killed at least 13 people and sent 50 others to the hospital, officials said. The train was traveling from La Spezia to Pisa when a rear car plowed into a residential neighborhood beside the train station in the Tuscan town of Viareggio.
