Gay Block/Courtesy Howard Greenberg Gallery, New York.
Photographer Gay Block traveled to Miami's South Beach in the 1980s to document the lives of the sunny city's elderly residents. The resulting portraits capture the colorful personalities of Miami's retirees before the city became an international hot spot.
LOVE: South Beach in the 80s is on view at the Howard Greenberg Gallery in New York until April 27, 2013.
