Investigators determined that the co-pilot of Germanwings Flight 9525, Andreas Lubitz, purposely crashed the plane into the French Alps, killing all 150 people on board, on Tuesday, March 24. Lubitz locked the flight's pilot out of the Airbus cockpit, and set the plane into a deliberate descent.
