Ann Romney has been a consistent presence on the campaign trail this year as her husband, presumptive Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney, campaigns across the country for the presidency. The slides ahead include some of her appearances, both by her husband's side and on her own.

Ann Romney is part-owner of a horse which has qualified for the 2012 Olympics in London in the sport of dressage. In an interview on "Face the Nation," Mitt Romney said he was "very pleased" for his wife and the horse's trainer. At left is a picture of the horse, named Rafalca, with Ann Romney and the trainer.
"She's the athlete," Mitt Romney said of his wife on "Face the Nation." "But in this case, it's not her personally, but she along with two other people purchased a horse, and have trained it up and it's done so well that the trainer and that horse are going on to represent the United States in the Olympics, in London."
