Witness describes shooting that killed 78-year-old man, wounded 2 others in North Philadelphia
A witness who works near the scene described what she saw and heard when three people were shot in North Philadelphia on Tuesday. Surveillance video shows people running and ducking for cover as gunman fired more than 50 shots on the 2200 block of Ridge Avenue.
