UPDATE: Deadly gas station shooting in Philadelphia's Fairmount neighborhood
Police said a fatal shootout at a Fairmount gas station Tuesday night started with an argument over a truck parked near the entrance. The shooting happened around 7 p.m. at West College Avenue and Poplar Street. Shots were fired and the armed private security guard was shot in the leg and survived. The other man died of his injuries.
