SEPTA to receive $13 million in federal funds to replace Regional Rail cars, Duffy says
SEPTA will receive more than $13 million from the federal government to kickstart the process of replacing its aging Regional Rail cars, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced in Philadelphia Thursday.
