SCOTUS rules Trump can appear on Colorado ballot one day before Super Tuesday
The Supreme Court unanimously ruled Monday that Colorado can not keep former President Donald Trump off the ballot for the 2024 presidential election. The decision comes just a day before Super Tuesday, when more than a dozen states, including Colorado, will hold their primary elections and caucuses.
