Prospect Medical Holdings announced deal to sell Delaware County hospitals to consortium
The parent company of Crozer Chester and Taylor hospitals announced a deal Friday afternoon to sell the hospitals to a not-for-profit consortium of what it says are “health care operators.”
This comes after its company, Prospect Medical Holdings, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy three weeks ago.
