President Biden returns to Philadelphia following State of the Union address
On the heels of his State of the Union address, President Biden was back in the Philadelphia area Friday. He held a campaign stop in Delaware County. Dan Snyder reports the president's message to voters and the uphill battle he currently faces in the Keystone State.
