Police warn about card-skimming scheme targeting EBT accounts in Bucks County
A Florida man is facing charges after police say he and another man targeted electronic benefit transfer, or EBT, accounts at a supermarket in Bristol, Pennsylvania, using card-skimming devices designed to steal customers' information.
