Police looking for "birthday bag bandits” in Montgomery and Bucks Counties
They're being nicknamed the birthday bag bandits. The duo is accused of packing birthday gift bags with thousands of dollars in merchandise from at least two CVS Pharmacy locations in Bucks and Montgomery counties. Customers are nervous and worried about where the bandits might strike next.
