Philadelphia police provide an update after officer fires shot at suspect in North Philly
Philadelphia police Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore provided an update following a shooting involving an officer in North Philadelphia. Vanore said officers were called to the area of the 1000 block of West Dakota Street to investigate a report of a stolen vehicle.
