Philadelphia police officer Hector Rodriguez released from hospital two weeks after double shooting
Philadelphia police officer Hector Rodriguez was released from the hospital Saturday to a round of applause from his colleagues and hospital staff. Rodriguez was wounded in the Oct. 10 shooting in West Philadelphia that left his partner, Sgt. Shane Seiber, dead.
