Philadelphia Parking Authority cracks down on illegal parking, partners with disability advocates
The Philadelphia Parking Authority on Monday began issuing tickets for cars parked on sidewalks, blocking crosswalks and other violations. It's part of a plan to improve quality of life for people with disabilities, officials said.
