Philadelphia law enforcement credits forensic technology for help with Eid al-Fitr investigation
On Friday, the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and Philadelphia Police Department said newly connected evidence led to the decision to charge the four juveniles as adults. The four suspects, plus a 21-year-old boy have been in custody since the shooting happened in early April.
