Philadelphia DA approves new charges against Keon King, suspect accused of kidnapping Kada Scott
The DA's office announced additional charges Monday against 21-year-old Keon King, including arson, causing catastrophe, conspiracy, unauthorized use of an automobile, receiving stolen property, reckless endangerment of another person and tampering with evidence.
