Pedestrian in critical condition after hit-and-run in west Philadelphia
Philadelphia Police are looking for the driver they believe hit a man walking across the street at the intersection of 52nd Street and Jefferson early Wednesday morning. The driver didn't stop after the collision, and the victim was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
