Opening statements in Donald Trump's criminal trial to begin Monday
Former President Donald Trump will be back in a New York courtroom Monday as opening statements in his criminal trial begin. A jury of seven men and five women will decide of Trump falsified business records about an alleged "hush money" payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels, who's expected to testify.
