NJ community was home for free Black Americans decades before Juneteenth — but it's falling apart

Timbuctoo, New Jersey, was founded by formerly enslaved people nearly 200 years ago—long before June 19, 1865. But descendants of the community's residents say township officials have failed to preserve what's left. Wakisha Bailey reports.
