New PhilaPort Cruise Terminal opens, marking start of new era
Back in April, Philadelphia became a cruise port after a 15-year hiatus. On Thursday, the Port of Philadelphia officially opened a cruise terminal. CBS News Philadelphia's Nikki DeMentri reports.
