Negotiations between District Council 33 and city of Philadelphia continue as strike enters day 5
The negotiations resumed Saturday afternoon at the Community College of Philadelphia's West Philly campus. Both sides are back at the table trying to reach a deal as pressure builds and trash continues to pile up across the city.
