Mural honoring Philadelphia lawmaker Marian Tasco unveiled in East Mount Airy
A mural honoring former Philadelphia City Council member Marian Tasco was unveiled at the Finley Recreation Center in East Mount Airy on Saturday, March 23. The mural, titled "Bouquet of Gratitude," was created by artist Serena Saunders. Tasco served as a council member for 28 years.
