Montgomery County DA says police did not break the law in Limerick Township fatal crash
Limerick Township police did not break the law when responding to a call in June that ended in a fatal crash.
That's according to the Montgomery County District Attorney.
Officers were investigating a potential theft in progress at the Target on Ridge Pike on June 3.
Three teenagers were killed in the crash, and one was seriously injured.
