Melanie Morat arrested, charged with murder of Philadelphia man Vito Maglio
Melanie Morat, 30, was arrested and charged with murder, conspiracy, arson and other offenses in connection with the killing of Vito Maglio, Philadelphia police said. Maglio was last seen in December 2014 and was found dead in the Schuylkill River near the East Falls Bridge in March 2015.
