Man who hit Biden's motorcade charged with drunken and inattentive driving
Wilmington police say a 46-year-old man has been charged with drunken and inattentive driving after hitting President Joe Biden's motorcade in Wilmington, Delaware, Sunday night. The man was not considered a serious threat, a Secret Service spokesperson said.
