Man wanted for 2021 homicide in Philadelphia arrested in Atlanta
After nearly four years on the run, a man accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend is now behind bars.
Police arrested Justin Smith in Atlanta. He's accused of killing Dianna Brice.
The pair was last seen together leaving a laundromat in 2021, and her body was found on the side of the road with gunshots to the head several days later.
