Man shot, killed in Oxford Circle after argument on SEPTA bus: police
Philadelphia Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed on the 5800 block of Castor Avenue in the city's Oxford Circle neighborhood late Sunday night. Investigators believe the victim got into an argument with someone on a SEPTA bus, and when he got off the bus and he was fatally shot.
