Jamaica's former prime minister visits Philadelphia for student-athlete fundraiser
Team Jamaica Bickle is a nonprofit that sponosors student-athletes from Jamaica who run at the Penn Relays. Tonight it's having its annual Independence Gala fundraiser, with keynote speaker Bruce Golding, Jamaica's former prime minister.
