How Philadelphia is trying to get teens to curb vaping
The Philadelphia Department of Public Health launched a campaign called "Kick the Vape" on Wednesday to try to reduce the number of teenagers who use e-cigarettes. CBS News Philadelphia health reporter Stephanie Stahl reports.
