Heaviest snow wraps up in Philadelphia, nearly 14 inches recorded at PHL Airport
Philadelphia has officially seen its biggest snow storm since 2016, with over a foot recorded around the city and nearly 14 inches at the airport. Snow has started tapering off but it's possible some areas could get another inch of accumulation.
