Father of man found in Schuylkill River in Philadelphia remembers his son, wants answers
The father of Ausar Scott-Thomas, who was found in the Schuylkill River Sunday after being missing for several days, said his son was "a goofball" and was studying engineering. Scott-Thomas and his friend Quadir Diaz were missing since March 7.
