DEVELOPING: 1-year-old stabbed near a synagogue by Philadelphia's Rittenhouse Square
A 1-year-old boy was stabbed outside a synagogue Saturday afternoon near Rittenhouse Square. Police said the child was stabbed in his left forearm at around noon near the Temple Beth Zion-Beth Israel on South 18th Street. People in the community say they were surprised by this incident.
