Delaware community remembers 10-year-old boy killed after being hit by car walking home from school
A community is remembering the life of a 10-year-old boy on Friday. He was killed after being hit by a car while walking home from school on Monday in Wilmington.
At this time, the 17-year-old driver has not been charged as police continue their investigation.
