City discusses facility plan at former Philadelphia Nursing Home in Fairmount
A former nursing home in Fairmount will be a site to help people struggling with substance use disorder and homelessness. The building is the former Philadelphia Nursing Home at 21st and Girard.
The city said it's already been used for years by the Office of Homeless Services.
