City Avenue reopens after shooting, crash near Saint Joseph's University
City Avenue reopened Monday morning after law enforcement shut down the road near Saint Joe's University following a shooting and crash. Lower Merion Police are leading the investigation and haven't released many details, but CBS News Philadelphia learned that someone was taken to Lankenau Hospital following the incident.
