Rendell Hoagland and Cindy Warren, the Chester County couple whose abuse, police say, led to the death of 12-year-old Malinda Hoagland, were arraigned Thursday morning.
The Chester County DA's office says Hoagland and Warren were officially notified that they are facing the death penalty.
